1. It appears this doctor is attempting to calibrate a range of concern

somewhere between complete dismissal to complete germophobic panic.

But I think he is still tilting towards what he and Chris were complaining about - the insistence by many that a "mild" infection was "just like a flu", with the response - "yes you might be miserable".

Where that virus lands in the body and replicates (even if thwarted by antibodies thanks to the vaccine), could still cause damage to organs outside of the respiratory system (e.g., the rare condition MIS-C, which can also happen with adults upon reinfection).
