... he's not stoned. He's playing Trump. His followers think woman should be disciplined - that they expect and like to be pushed around. They also feel Pelosi should be hit with the gavel. McCarthy wants to ride the Trump wave. he will say this statement was just a joke, or never actually happened, wink, wink.
