The problem is that those who belong to the c.o.t. (cult of trump) think this guy is a "crisis actor."
We are dealing with people who are in an alternate reality. They are out of their minds. We're in a situation where we're trying to use tactics (that in a "normal" world/situation would be totally appropriate) that simply won't work. Those who are in psychotic breaks can't be reasoned with.
I think what needs to happen is to quit trying to "get through" to them. Those who are dangerous (like the 1/6 insurrectionists) need to be rounded up and jailed. I believe the Justice Dept. is doing all they can to make this happen.
I simply don't know what the answer is regarding those who are so brainwashed there's either no hope or little hope. I think some of them may be salvageable possibly due to family/friend pressure.
