1. I can understand monitoring to insure the disability is real

(I’ve seen enough workman’s comp fraud) but some disabilities are not going to go away. It should be easy to eliminate those. Also 3 years is also too long and the monitoring costs significant. Plus cheaters can’t help themselves and between social media and bragging they’d be caught much sooner than 3 years.
