I can guess Joe Manchin is putting his fortune and his family's fortune ahead of the progress of this country. Also, ahead of progress of this planet. Every person in this country and this planet comes in a very distant second to Joe Manchin and his family's fortune. Coal. Dirty, deadly coal.

Joe Manchin needs to resign.
