4. Beverly Hills?? What is wrong with these abusers? What a nightmare for young kids!

Yesterday when I went to the store, I was initially puzzled to see quite a few young kids wearing masks while their parents were not. Then it dawned on me that the parents must have been vaccinated while these kids, all under 10, were not. And the notices on store entrances in these parts say that unvaccinated patrons are still required to wear masks. I think still wearing a mask is a good idea while in public, but the state of New York rescinded the mask mandate for vaccinated people in early July, just in time for "tourist season." They are now using - and it's printed on the signs - "the honor system." *sigh*

But these young kids are used to wearing masks while in school, masks are required in all schools and on school buses, so the kids are used to it, and so it's not an issue for them as long as everyone else is doing it.
