He has lost all of his big dollar lawyers. Nobody wants to work for him. All he has now is small town lawyers with little federal court experience.

He will need a gold clad constitutional lawyer to pull this argument off. Even dershowitz is too far gone to argue this effectively.

You don't play in the big leagues for long by recruiting t-ball players off the sand lot.
