we must move more Democratic voters to their districts.

But then I got to thinking about the trend of hedge funds buying all the houses everywhere. Could that be used to install GQP voters in our districts? They could rent 3 places and choose over the summer which to declare a permanent residence. Just a thought if a terrorizing one.
