I think he has an awesome track record of being right about the issues. Ohio State Senate. Mayor of Cleveland. Member of Congress since 1997? He was for marriage equality before it was cool. Resists useless wars. Defends Social Security and Medicare from the cutters. Advocates health care for all Americans. Speaks out against shitty secret trade deals. Outspoken defender of progressive values. That's a track record.
