But I couldn't say no to my Nana. And it was a wonderful group, experienced world travelers dedicated to peace and we met with numerous like minded Russian groups, truly the trip of a lifetime. Having experienced the horrors of war, those we met never wanted to face it again. I still remember one older lady who had served as a nurse during WWII - and she said "Please, when you go back, tell your president that we want peace." *sigh*
