2. their fealty is biting them in the butt

Now they realize almost the whole country is anti Putin, so now they have to figure out how to reverse course without acting like a bunch of ass kissers. Which they are, of course, but in thsi case, going with the opinions of America means going against the words of Trump - a rock and a weasel place. I look forward to some prime, first class hypocrisy from the GOP. But my bet is they will stick with Trump right over the edge of the cliff.
