Those who do canning, know "pickles" can be cucumbers, beets, okra, eggs, tomatoes, whatever. Pickles. She is a hero and made me want to be in the Babushka Brigade. I believe because it's exactly the kind of thing this grandma would do. Grandma's don't need no stinking gun.
