3. Didn't you say that you used to post his videos here on DU?

I've clearly identified the video and I don't believe that it violates the SOP for this forum.

As far as the V&M forum is concerned, some members post videos that are spam, while others post duplicate videos, and still others post videos that are not clearly identified as to who created the content (specific TV show or network in the thread title). With anywhere from 60-80 videos posted each day, it seems like that there are other opportunities to tidy up the forum such as receiving the same news story from four or five different hosts on MSNBC or CNN rather than focus on one content creator that you don't like anymore.

If you don't like Aivalis it is easy to skip him since I clearly identify his content and the graphics on the video thumbnail are consistent. However, unless I am directed by EarlG not to post his videos then I plan to continue. If you want to take issue with Aivalis comments, then you are welcome to do so. He is a historian, not an attorney, so I don't hold him to the same standards as a lawyer, just like I wouldn't hold the Liberal Redneck to the same standards as a lawyer. People can listen and either consider or dismiss the comments.
