It wasn't the President stopping the transition away from fossil fuel. And it's still the GOP, doing the biding of the oil companies, that is standing in the way. See how they are waffling here? They don't dare get close to saying we need to stop depending on fossil fuels, especially from Russia. Do teh try to deflect by blaming it on Biden, including the delay in shifting to renewables.
