Law expert predicts when Putin will be indicted for war crimes [View all]

David Scheffer, the former US Ambassador-at-large for War Crime Issues, believes that Russian President Vladimir Putin will be indicted on war crimes charges in "2 or 3 months" because Putin could stop the atrocities in Ukraine or punish those committing them and is choosing not to do either.
