We give tests and if you pass a license to drive a car .

Male gets his vas deferens cut whether he wants it or not. When you pass the test and get a lisence to be able to raise a child it will be reversed for free.

Its the least we could do to protect future generations

But sometimes the abuse scenario does not apply to assholes like him . Its coddled kids protected from any pain in life that grow up to be like the disgusting bubba having a tempertantrum.

Most abused kids that are not narcissistic or sociopathic in the first place choose to be the dead opposite of abuser like daddy.
