EU blocked by one member state from agreeing on Russian oil embargo - Al Jazeera [View all]

European Union foreign ministers are still trying to reach an agreement on a Russian oil embargo.
But as they negotiate a new round of sanctions - the sixth since the war in Ukraine began - one EU member is blocking further action.
Al Jazeera's James Bays reports from Brussels where the ministers' meeting has been met with angry protests.
