A tiny amount of cooperation means you didn’t violate the law.

Sorry - no executive privilege under the crime fraud exception. Although maybe DOJ doesn’t feel they have enough to investigate this as a crime. They should have started earlier.

At least hold the referral until the hearings were over. Would it have hurt them to do that?
