1. He could be a potent voice for good but wonder what his idea of "responsible gun ownership" is?

The kid in TX was responsible, to the extent of TX and US law, in buying a gun with way too much firepower, up until the time he decided to use it irresponsibly. How do you effectively edit out irresponsible intent once they have a military grade weapon designed to all too efficiently kill humans and all the ammo in the world in their hands?
