I remember after Katrina, my right wing mother sent me some heartless bullshit email about how people in the north had six feet of snow last season & they did just fine on their own without any government help because they got together & helped shovel each other out.
I just did one of these 
& wrote back, "Geez, Mom, I knew you went over to the dark side but I didn't think that meant you stopped thinking. Even you have to admit that six feet of snow outside your house is not like six feet of water inside your house. Come on!"
Romney backers who were not affected by this storm will not think twice about what he said. But those that lost a lot - I think they will be pissed. I would be!
What a fucking insensitive dolt. I'm having a harder & harder time being nice to people who I know support this asshole.
