3. Glenn Kirschner is getting on my nerves lately.

He loves to hear himself talk, but he is saying nothing that we haven't known for months. Maybe he is just slow in processing the facts. It was not long ago that he was counseling us to be patient that Garland had this...With each passing day, it is becoming more an more clear where we are headed, and we are heading there because, in fact, Glenn, Justice no longer matters.

I don't know how so many people are maintaining their optimism in the face of the facts. Time is of the essence and it is being pissed away by the DOJ and while the coup continues, Trump is spending his time recruiting new followers. The big lie is repeated every day.

Charge Trump with a felony, just one of many, begin to drag him through the system while other charges are developed. Once the train leaves the station then DOJ can take all the time they need for further actions. Here is one to break the ice:

According to 18 U.S. Code § 2101, an individual can be charged with a federal rioting offense if they: Travel across state lines or use any facility of interstate or foreign commerce (i.e., radio, cell phone, laptop, TV, etc.) with the intent to: Incite a riot Organize, encourage, or participate in a riot Commit violent acts to further a riot FIGHT LIKE HELL!
