God can't be God and be jealous. There isn't a single thing we can do to cause a negative emotion to be expressed by God. But Satans, on the other hand, can be jealous of anyone who competes with them for the attention of those who they feel should be worshiping them.
As far of God allowing Trump to be defeated, God allows everything...that's the whole point of life here. We have free will to do all sorts of things; its part of learning about life and understanding the lessons of love.
