Or that the woman wasn't even expecting to lose.

Or that she did, in fact, concede via telephone in real time--as had every losing candidate since perhaps William Jennings Bryan.

Hillary needed to concede publicly RIGHT FUCKIN' NOW or she's a bad person or something.
