5. The lawful search warrant into Merdo-Largo was based on probable cause

witnesses indicated (at least 2 of them not related to each other) under Oath that, either have seen documents with classified covers in unsecured "spaces" in there, or witnesses that keep records of them at the NARA and notified a hundred of them were still missing after the official (signed) false declaration that all the documents were returned. (Or both cases.)

The IC may need (or develop) covert informants in Bedminster to try to find witnesses for another lawful search warrant there. You can't ask a Judge to sign one without clear evidence (probable cause) that crimes have been effectively committed there, I guess.
