ectopic pregnancies. That’s why I regard the whole anti-abortion agenda as a false moral panic, a kind of resurgence of the old puritanical misogyny and fear of female sexuality. If they can’t burn witches they figure they can at least sacrifice a few women through forced childbirth to propitiate their god.
