Conservative leaning, religious, white people no longer have the numbers to effect total control of our governmental institutions and overall society anymore and it's getting worse every election cycle. The Senate and electoral college are simply delaying the inevitable. Thus, they've given up completely on liberal democratic government in favor of something that DOES put them back in complete control of the levers of power. Fascism. And Donnie is their "Savior".
