It's hard to see the corruption there getting much worse, it's top to bottom and can be called endemic at this point.

The Russian economy will implode, but the surface appearance of bounty will be kept up. The Russians, like their American cousins, will undoubtedly blame themselves for not being able to afford much of it. Plus, they're well used to seeing wealth pour out of the country and never return. Rich men will support any country but their own, especially if it's Russia.
