Hate to hear the word no you can't applied to them. They hate the rule of law and having to be accountable for thier behavior choices and cruelty. They think they are entitled to be the corrupt toxic piece of shit they are.
They hate the social contract that makes living in a society and function possible.
They are sociopaths not safe or fit to live around other people and can never be trusted with freedom or power,ever.
