I have a 50/50 attitude about Steve. He's so much like 80% of the boys I grew up with in New England... but that's not what I find annoying.

It's his Marty McFly movements that seems so awkward and his speaking manner when he's doing the election big board thing that I find annoying.

However, when he's doing a straight hosting gig, he's pretty tame and reasonable especially compared to Chris Hayes. His interviewing style, from what I recall from way back in the Bridgegate days, was a lot more like Rachel Maddow's.
