... trying to gin up waning support with a fool's courage. Mitch has chewed up and spit out unconsciously stronger threats than Kevin McCarthy. Mitch is eight kinds of evil, but he knows to put his finger up and make a calculation with which way the wind blows, and right now the winds blows out from the White House. Mitch got the message from the midterms. Kevin didn't, and his lesson will be painful. Even if he gets his gavel, he'll have to dance like a monkey to do it.
