and I knew he was trying to swallow a mildewed slug.

The only reasons it was a big deal this time were that an airline passenger spotted it and raised the alarm and there's a Democratic CiC, so of course the GOP was screaming its collective head off.

Little Marco is a propagandist. That is his only function. He doesn't legislate. He rants. That is all he's expected to do.
