...And that a failure of the wayside warning devices could well be in play (see post #2 below with article link providing subject matter expert opinion from the railroad signals union)...

...And that the NTSB findings in two weeks will hopefully conclusively prove/disprove that this was not an act of sabotage, or was indeed attributable to corporate negligence, I would advise against condoning violence.
