1. What good are rulings against defendants without court enforcement.

There is no justice by ruling alone.

This is why the rich don't respect the judiciary. They can't be made to pay. Trump and Alex Jones won't pay a dime, and will be allowed to stay in debt to those who win their suits.

That is what future judicial reform must address.
