3. It's huge IF cases quickly come before the court that can such an impact

on the 2024 elections.

Courts don't necessarily move quickly. And a slow walk to take cases beyond the 2024 elections could make the new liberal WI supreme court irrelevant to the 2024 election.

Lawyers who can't slow walk a case thru 3 levels of court proceedings when they need to are not very good lawyers. All you need to do is drag each level out to about 8 months. Easy peasy for most lawyers.
