1. Russia could end the war tonight. All they have to do is stop fighting. Russia would still exist.

If Ukraine stops fighting, Ukraine will cease to exist. I am personally glad (and proud of my colleagues who are doing the work) that we are arming Ukraine with what they need in order to prevail.
