by this piece of evidence is that Trump is acknowledging in his own words that there are legal constraints on what he can do with these materials, post WH. And that leads to the further a priori conclusion - that they have not been declassified (either by protocol or mental wizardry) - again, by his own admission

Now we still have to get around the niggling detail that the dipshit doesn't know what he's saying half the time - and is lying the other half. Again, stack this up against the hundreds of other times when he has said. "I can do whatever I want." Which time did he truly believe his own words? Or did he never believe ... Or conversely, is he so delusional that he always believes whatever drivel is coming out of his mouth?

In a way it circles back around to the old 'not cognizant enough to be criminal' defense.
