The unthinking 37% who seem to slog through life without a moment of critical thinking need LEADERS. And leaders don't check over their shoulder to see what others are saying.
In jazz, you can never play what people want to hear. You can only play what YOU want to hear.
Because you have no idea what other people want to hear - and frankly, neither do they!
