The way he's been going will he actually be able to keep from sounding off in court? We know he's not going to testify for fear of further incriminating himself. A lawyer yesterday on MSNBC said that he could plead "diminished capacity" and spend time in a mental facility instead of jail - but his lawyers are taking their chances and so he's likely to be convicted and be incarcerated instead - according to that lawyer.
