Saw that on tv here some time back. Its description read :

Based on Naomi Klein's book, The Shock Doctrine argues that America's 'free market' policies now dominate the world through the exploitation of disaster-shocked people and countries.

Curiously I can't use your Youtube link here in the UK but there will another which is useable.
