This is one of the most powerful clips ever. Now that it's been used as sort of a commercial for MSNBC, it's the only one I don't mute or change the channel. Kudos to Rachel! She's the best!

51% isnt exactly a 'mandate'. it means that 49% of the voters dont agree with it.
