22. Alex Jones uses a classic propaganda media tactic, its not new & is used quite often.

It is a variation on the FOX news propaganda technique where you mix in real news with fake news. Yes, Wall Street is fucked: FACT, then launches into nut-job conspiracies because he has your attention. Repetition works. <--THAT is the tactic. FOX news OTOH usually will report an actual news story followed by a "some people are saying" fabricated and heavily edited segment on BS, but because its mixed with real news before and after it MUST be true.
