He talks at the beginning about the big bad government creating the unhealthy environment, creating a treatment for it, and milking the charities based on those for money. That's ... funny. That kinda sorta sounds like exactly what the pharmaceutical companies do. What we see, here, is a blown-up, massive scale, cognitive dissonance. He can actually see things that are wrong - and people above have noted there are things he sees which really are wrong with society - but they just don't fit with his brain-washed, right-wing, teabag nuttery, so his mind twists them and refocuses them towards phantom threats and creates all this rage.

The man needs serious help.

Also, when people try to offer you a dissenting opinion and you cut off their phone, then proceed to insult them after you hang up? That's pure asshole.
