People here at DU seem to not see any parallel in the Patriot Act and repealing the 2nd Amendment. They see no connection (progression) between the Patriot Act and the NDAA which Obama signed at the end of 2011. They protest the illegal wars of Bush, and make excuses for those same wars, and new ones, when they are Obama's.

The people of our country have lost any semblance of consistency. We are all rooting for our teams (Dem/Repub), and not remembering that everything should be focused on the idea that we are free people, not fans of "teams."

Many , many issues. When Bush did it, it was wrong. When Obama does it, it's ok. Where's the consistency?
