"Mom, we dreamed we were abducted by aliens!"
Short story: I use a bipap machine and see a sleep specialist. I also keep my kindle on the nightstand to play some sleep inducing stuff like classical music, rain, waves, waterfall, etc. This subject came up today and I told wife and daughter that at bedtime I listen to Guy Lombardo music ... so I can get in touch with my natural Canadian rhythm.
