helping an instrument maker friend fix his roof, when a jet did a barrel-roll right over us. I mean **right over** I could clearly see the pilot's head. My friend slipped off the roof in his surprise, Busted his wrist. And that delayed the completion of the instrument he was making for me. It was the early seventies and the pilots were training for the terrain of Vietnam, or so folk said.
