23-year old high school math teacher Carly McKinney tweeted pictures of herself barely clothed, smoking pot, and calling her students "jail bait," among other things. She also lied to the local news about it, which she also tweeted about. Does she get a "pardon" since it hasn't been proven she did anything illegal?
