11. I thought I might be having a heart attack this morning... serious pressure

just under my sternum. Took some aspirin and went back to bed; then remembered I should have taken some niacin too, but didn't get back.

When I got back up two hours later, I still felt miserable. Seeing this video didn't help at all. But remembering that I've had the sensation before and that it was caused by allergies to tree pollen, I took a long hot shower, which helped somewhat..

Sigh. This is tree pollen season and it will hang around, off and on, until May sometime. One must pay a price for living in paradise.
