Doctor to doctor on a talk radio show years ago. One doc tells the other he gave a physical to a guy and he was ok, but his patient seemed he had something More he was to say. Doc got him to talk and he said - get this - the tip of his nose would tingle during sex when he climaxed! Gave me a chuckle...at first.

Doc sent him to the hospital right away. That was a sign of a mini-heart attack! Added that the more subltle things were heart attack signs in women, while men usually get "the big one."
