39. Mine is pasta salad

Sort of a Mediterranean style with hard salami, olives, artichokes and sundried tomatoes. The trick is to add some of the oil from all the jars. Then diced red onion and cucumber for crunch. More olive oil and balsamic to taste. Lots of pepper.

It gets raves and it’s even better the next day. Sometimes I make it ahead and then add the onion and cucumber right before.
