5. Huge surprise for my uncle
Tue Jul 31, 2018, 10:26 AM
Jul 2018

He found out my grandfather was not his father and amazingly enough (with a little help from me) was reunited with his late father's family, including an elderly aunt and cousins who had been looking for him for nearly 70 years. His father died in WWII and my grandmother stopped communication with them for some reason when my uncle was about 7, six year after his father's death in the war.

My grandmother kept the secret from everyone for the entirety of her long life.

DNA don't lie though.
